I just wanted to update my luncheon restrictions. I have a few more restrictions. Gluten Free, lemon free, no pepper, no tomatoes no vinegar. So in other words just a grilled piece of meat or fish with no sauces or marinades. I can have plain rice, plain steamed vegetables. Sorry but I am having lots of allergies. Thanks for your help with meal.
